These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DailyGrowers ("the Service"), a community platform for plant growers to track, share, and celebrate their grows. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DailyGrowers.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@dailygrowers.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using DailyGrowers, you confirm you meet this requirement.

DailyGrowers is a place for plant enthusiasts of all kinds — vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruiting plants, ornamentals, and more. You may post:

• Grow diary entries with photos, notes, and measurements
• Comments and reactions on other growers' diaries
• Your grower profile and bio

All content you post must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for what you post.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content
• Impersonate other users, brands, or public figures
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Post content that violates third-party copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt other accounts or the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or copy the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

You own your content. Photos, grow notes, and diary entries you create belong to you. By posting content on DailyGrowers, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and in DailyGrowers-branded social media for the purpose of promoting the community.

You can delete any content at any time. Deleted content is permanently removed from public view immediately, and from our servers within 30 days.

By posting, you confirm you have the rights to the content you share and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The DailyGrowers name, logo, design, and all platform-created content are owned by DailyGrowers and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our trademarks or reproduce our platform design without written permission.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DailyGrowers does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Grow tracking data is provided for personal record-keeping only — we do not guarantee its accuracy for any agricultural, commercial, or regulatory purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DailyGrowers and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) €50.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
